Sewer Network Intelligence Platform
SewerViewer — my signature product, in production since 2014. Used by water and wastewater services contractors working with United Utilities and Severn Trent Water. Built to simplify CCTV survey data and help make business decisions — project scheduling and tracking, survey data imports for multiple clients, automated reporting, and strict access rules to ensure data integrity and privacy. Still running daily after a decade.
SewerOne is its next-generation replacement — a multi-tenant SaaS platform covering asset management, CCTV surveys, maintenance inspections, risk assessment, rehabilitation planning, planned works, data import utilities, GIS network mapping, and six management reports. Every module connects — a survey import triggers grading, risk recalculation, rehab recommendations, and job updates automatically. Fully configurable per tenant — asset types, checklists, risk weights, decision tree rules, and feature visibility. Built on MSCC5/WRc standards with full audit trails, role-based access, PDF/CSV exports, and CCTV video processing.

Field Operations & Workforce Management Platform
Multi-tenant enterprise work order platform for a UK facilities maintenance company — full lifecycle from logging through engineer scheduling, on-site execution, parts and materials tracking, subcontractor cost management, and client billing with SLA compliance monitoring throughout.
Interactive engineer schedule by trade, companion mobile app (Flutter) for field reports with photos and signatures, commercial dashboards tracking revenue and response times, and subcontractor payment workflow with PO variance detection and approval routing.

Freelancer & Agency Business Platform
A complete business management platform for freelancers and small agencies — client and project management, drag-and-drop Kanban board, time tracking with billable hours, full invoicing with tax and multi-currency support, stakeholder profit distribution, and a personal planner with recurring items.
Built to replace the need for Trello + Toggl + FreshBooks + Notion with a single, integrated workspace. Everything from logging hours to generating PDF invoices to settling payments with business partners — in one app.
