Aziz Abbas was my right-hand in my company for almost 5 years. He's extremely trustworthy and reliable. When he's incharge of any project, I tend to get careless somewhat. Aziz is self-sufficient as well as a team player. He knows how carry along his team and clients simultaneously. Always approachable and dependable. My clients feel very relaxed while working with him directly. Aziz has almost mastered the combo of hardwork + smartwork. He can work on multiple projects simultaneously, without loosing sight of respective project goals and timelines. He is a multi-dimensional personality with a very good aptitude and attitude. He has a very good aptitude for learning new technologies as well and very quickly adapts to the change in project specifications as well as technologies. Aziz has been and will remain my first choice solution provider in my software projects. So much so, I can't seem to imagine any of my projects with him not being my team lead, what to talk of being on board or not. There have been many instances where plans have changed mid-stream and where many would groan, Aziz simply adapts and re-tools so that the end result is as good or better than imagined.
